Every condominium has a beautiful unobstructed view of Lake Pepin,
with full length windows and a private walk out patio or balcony.
Between the full length windows is a cozy gas fireplace.
Each suite has a fully furnished kitchen
Other amenities include a pool, whirlpool, and exercise room.
Our 1 bedroom sleeps 4, and our 2 bedroom loft sleeps
6-8.
If you have more people than declared when you made your reservation
You must call and let us know to make sure we can accommodate your party.
Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time 11 AM
Late Check Ins.
If you plan to check in late - after 5 pm during the winter and 7 pm during
the summer,
you must call ahead and let us know.

A credit card is required to rent a condominium.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled with in 72 hours of
scheduled arrival time or your credit card will be charged for 1 nights stay
for each room reserved.
Because a high number of people are allergic to animal dander, we ask
that you do not bring your pets along.
Willows on the River is a multi-level facility. Minnesota State Law bans
charcoal grills on patios and decks. A grill is available for guest use on
the patio near the pool area.
Check with your Willows Guest Services Representative if you have any
questions.
Smoking Policy
For the health and safety of our
guests, Willows on the River is entirely non-smoking.
There is no smoking in any guest room, pool area, exercise
room,
conference room, lobby, or any hallway at the Willows.
